Equipment we use:

We’re a huge believer in the concept that you get what you pay for. That’s why we continue to invest in the best, most technologically advanced machining equipment available. Doing so allows us to efficiently and cost-effectively produce extremely complex, high-tolerance parts.

The cornerstone of our equipment offering is our array of CNC Swiss screw machines from two industry-leading brands. We operate eight Deco machines, a mix of 10 mm to 32 mm units, which are made by Tornos, the originator of the Swiss screw machine. We also have seven machines made by Citizen, a mix of 12 mm to 32 mm units. For larger parts, we utilize a Miyano machine that can go up to 51 mm.

While our CNC machines are a game-changer when it comes to speed and precision, we also utilize 20 cam-operated machines on certain projects. This provides a lower-cost alternative for simpler parts that don’t require a more advanced CNC machine. It’s all about helping our customers get the parts they need at a price they can afford.

Our 22,500-square-foot shop also contains five Hardinge lathes, along with an arsenal of high-end inspection equipment that helps provide superior quality control. Our parts inspection equipment includes several Starret optical comparators, along with a Zeiss CMM inspection machine.

Experienced, passionate people:

Here at Bliss Machine LTD, we work around the clock to make sure customer demands are met as quickly as possible, even when fulfilling those high-volume orders.

It’s not really work, though. Our people have a passion for this craft. We’re not in business just to make money. We love what we do, and especially love a good challenge. Ever have another machine shop tell you they couldn’t produce what you were looking for? Give us a shot! There’s nothing more rewarding than helping our customers discover that the seemingly impossible is indeed possible.

Most of our employees have been working here for 15-plus years. In fact, when you’re talking about Swiss machining, we have over 150 years of combined experience here. You just can’t beat that kind of experience.
